Artisanal textiles for body & home
My work is an exploration of liminal space, nonduality, and the intersection of perceived opposites: form/formless, structure/fluidity, shadow/light, joy/grief. The spaces in between.
Guided by the wisdom of our ancestors, I handcraft quality pieces for body + home with hand-dyes silk, linen, cotton, and other natural fibers.
Sculpted linen 3‑D paintings use snow, ice, shibori and dye reduction techniques, often painting up to 15 layers for added texture and depth.
I am primarily self-taught, Chicago-born and Denver-based. I am also a Yoga therapist and meditation teacher, and I live with a neurodevelopmental condition — all which profoundly inform my work. May it be of benefit.
