Altargokart

Altargokart is a printmaking and wood-burning project focused on bright colors, hand etched mementos, and whimsical nature-based stationary. Ashlyn Rudolph is an illustrator and pyrographer based in Richmond, VA. Ashlyn started working in pyrography when the pandemic hit, and quickly fell in love with its ability to provide texture, smell, and movement to an existing illustration. Yearning to add color to a limited medium, Ash in tandem learned how to provide duplicated, hand-printed versions of woodblocks through risograph printing. She continues experimenting with the marriage of both mediums, and loves to create works inspired by flora and fauna surrounding her.
