As one of only a handful chocolate makers in the entire Midwest, Tabal Chocolate builds wonderful relationships with cacao farmers from across the world, purchasing their beans at fair/direct trade. Once acquired, it takes roughly one week at our small shop in Wauwatosa WI to turn cacao bean into soy free, gluten free, vegan, ethically sourced, and delicious chocolate.
