We are passionate about good drinks! Summer Lakes Beverage was founded in 2018, but its story began in the early 2000s when Joe Zimmerley, a chef, applied his passion for scratch cooking to create fresh drinks for friends and family. Joe developed his first cocktail mix recipes using only fresh, natural ingredients and no preservatives. After years of perfecting and sharing small batches of his mixes, Summer Lakes Beverage was established to share these delightful concoctions with others. As a small, family-owned and operated business, we take pride in our local midwestern roots. Our commitment to freshness is evident in our cocktail mixes, which are made with care and attention to quality. Fresh Press Margarita- our all-natural margarita mix made with fresh-squeezed lime, lemon and orange juice and packed with flavor.
