Nanako

Nanako’s designs are influenced by unique combinations of her life experience. Growing up in Osaka Japan with classical ballet training at age 5, then moved to London England for more dance training, then moved to N.Y.C the United States. After professional dance career, She started designing costumes. After evolving her lines and with great opportunity to work with various designers, she finally launched her own line in 2005. Great line for ladies of all age with draping and pinching technique. Award winner of 3rd place in wearable at Stuart art festival(2024), Benchmark award at Rittenhouse fine craft show(2022),McCarthy award of merit at Central Pennsylvania(2019) and best in category at Manayunk art festival (2016,2017&2023) and Rockville art festivals(2015).
