Sculptural forms paired with unusual gemstones
The hallmark of my fine jewelry collection is its distinctive Cashmere Finish®. It lends a soft glow to my sculptural designs and serves as the perfect complement to the luscious hand-picked gemstones and minerals (including colorful tourmalines, opals, and one-of-a-kind dendritic agates) you’ll see throughout my collection.
Attention to detail and a dedication to beauty are the driving forces behind my jewelry. Each piece is hand fabricated in my studio in the Hudson Valley and my designs celebrate fleeting things — waves, breezes, plants, moments in time. And I delight in making my designs feel as soft and comfortable on the body as your favorite cashmere sweater because I hope you’ll wear my jewelry every day and for every occasion.
I studied jewelry design at F.I.T. (AAS, Summa Cum Laude, 2013) with Harry Winston’s senior head designer, Maurice Galli: it was he who inspired me to use colorful gemstones in my jewelry. Prior to earning my design degree, I studied gold smithing and wax caving at 92NY, School of Visual Arts, and Jewelry Arts Institute. I’ve continued my jewelry education in both studio jewelry making (at Brooklyn Metal Works, New Approach Jewelry School) and in gemology (at GIA). I also hold a BA in art history from NYU and attended Hunter College/CUNY for graduate study, also in art history.
