Creatively Intentional Candle Company is a woman-owned, family-run candle company founded in 2018 by maker and owner Mary Ylisela. What began as a personal search for cleaner-burning candles has grown into a thoughtfully crafted collection of hand-poured soy candles designed to evoke memories, create atmosphere, and support everyday well-being.
Each candle is carefully made in small batches using 100% soy wax, lead-free cotton wicks, and clean fragrance oils. All of our products are free from dyes, preservatives, and unnecessary additives. Inspired by nature, travel, seasonal traditions, and life’s meaningful moments, our scents are created to transform ordinary spaces into places of comfort, connection, and intention.
At Creatively Intentional Candle Company, we believe fragrance has the power to tell a story, spark nostalgia, and enhance daily rituals. Based in Illinois, we are proud to source materials within the United States whenever possible and offer programs that encourage sustainability, including our candle jar buyback initiative. We are honored to share our handcrafted candles with customers from across the country and are excited to be part of the One of a Kind Holiday Market.
