Christiansen Art
Playful, functional, retro inspired pottery
I’m an artist and educator who believes in the power of curiosity, color, and a little bit of creative mess. I earned my BA in Art with an emphasis in Art History, and along the way, fell in love with ceramics. After college, I joined the Peace Corps and spent three incredible years in Zambia — an experience that sparked a lifelong passion for education and community.
These days, you’ll find me mostly at the wheel, creating playful, midcentury-inspired ceramics that celebrate form, color, and everyday joy. I also explore photography and painting, always chasing that fearless energy I see in children — their sense of wonder continues to shape and inspire my work.
