Cellar Door Preserves was founded in 2016 by Zenobia Taylor-Weiss out of a desire to celebrate the incredible fruit that is grown along the fruit ridge on the eastern shore of Lake Michigan. To that end Cellar Door Preserves uses fruit grown by small to medium sized farms in Michigan. All Cellar Door preserves are lovingly made in small batches in a little urban kitchen - making small batches heightens flavor intensity and reduces the need for excess sugar - ensuring that Cellar Door preserves contain about 1/2 the sugar that most other jam companies use. On top of that all products are gluten free, vegan, soy free, added pectin free, and contain no high fructose corn syrup - just real ingredients.
