Sarah Catherine Forsythe

My quest is to create a conversation piece that redefines the term accessory, and stretches the imagination. I am a designer, metalsmith, and educator, based out of Chicago. I create sculptural jewelry that makes a statement and is easy to wear every day. I like to discover whats possible through manipulation of metals, leather, gems, and pearls. I grab inspiration from my daily life experiences, may it be a sunset, architecture, a museum, a walk, the clouds, the weather. By creating in this process, no pieces are exactly alike guaranteeing a one of a kind work of art.
