In the weeks leading up to the show we visit 2 – 4 local artists in their studio’s to capture engaging behind-the-scenes content of their creative processes and inspirations behind their work. These are shared to our social media platforms and will be linked to your artist profile. If you are a local Chicago artist and are interested in having our team come out to your studio for a visit, please reach out to Renata Martell.
Maker Mondays are a weekly marketing series spotlighting various artists and makers on our social media platforms to introduce our audience to exhibitors that will be at upcoming shows.
Meet the Makers are blog posts that identifies shared creative themes amongst exhibiting artists that are then promoted on social media, to our email list, and on our website.
Our Gift Guide is a curated collection that showcases unique finds from exhibiting artists to give shoppers an idea of what is available to purchase for every person, holiday, celebration and occasion.

The Fine Art Gallery offers our fine artists additional exposure in a gallery environment. Located on the show floor, this space is professionally curated, hung and lit allowing art enthusiasts a unique space to view like work. Upon acceptance, a $175 fee applies. Our Pop Up markets are a unique opportunity for tenants and guests to shop from several One of a Kind artists and makers for one day only in the beautiful lobby of THE MART. If you are interested in participating in one of our Pop Up’s please contact Marie Gerbasi.

Your artist profile is featured on our website and is where visitors can go to discover your story, photos of your work, links to your social media platforms, and more. Customize it and make it shine!
To begin editing your profile, click on the ‘login’ button and complete all sections.
During the show, visitors to our website will have the ability to access your online shop. The opt-in feature will link shoppers to your e‑commerce site via your artist profile. To opt-in, please select the “Show Shopping Info” toggle in your artist profile and add your product photos and links to your profile. The online shopping feature will go live on the first day of the show, Thursday, December 3rd.
We have post cards available for you to hand out during your other shows or mail directly to clients! The form to request a pack of post cards can be found here in the fall.

We encourage you to join us on our social media channels. Our hashtag is #OOAKChicago and you can find us and “Like” or “Follow” us on Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin. Please note that if you tag something with #OOAKChicago or @ooakchicago we may repost it to our social media feed on our website.
Our Facebook Artist Group is intended to be a resource for all Chicago One of a Kind exhibitors currently contracted for the 2026 Shows. Artists and makers are encouraged to connect with one another, contribute advice as well as provide resources and tips in preparation for the show. Visit the group here.

“Patron’s Choice at One of a Kind Show Chicago” is an opportunity for One of a Kind shoppers to vote on their favorite artist booth. The top 5 artists will be recognized with numerous promotional opportunities and the top 3 of those 5 will receive the following credit towards next year’s show.
1st place — $1000
2nd place — $500
3rd place — $300
We are happy to share the One of a Kind Artist Ambassador Program. The goal of this program is to formally recognize exceptional One of a Kind returning artists who consistently support the show by encouraging other outstanding artists to participate and by being a mentor/resource for new artists. If selected, Ambassadors will have the opportunity to earn $100 off their booth fee for each referral who contracts with the show (referring artists must be named on the application).
