I grew up in a rural area with limited access to unique jewelry, so in high school, I started making my own jewelry. From there I studied studio art in college, and then got an MFA in metalwork and jewelry. During graduate school, I learned how to make glass beads, and continued making them in my free time. Fast forward many years, and I now use all of that curiosity and education to combine my continued practice of glass bead making, with my love of creating unique, one of a kind jewelry
