Small-batch air roasted coffee
Gigawatt Coffee Roasters is a small-batch air roaster based in Bensenville, IL, roasting fresh every week using a fluid-bed process that produces smooth, never bitter coffee. Unlike drum roasting, air roasting circulates hot air around the beans for an even, clean roast that lets the natural flavors of each origin shine through.
Gigawatt will be pour hot coffee, iced coffee, and bring nitro cold brew alongside a full selection of prepackaged whole bean and ground coffee — including seasonal blends, rotating single origins, and the crowd favorite Kite and Key Blend, a medium dark roast with notes of dark chocolate, walnut, and caramel.
We don’t flavor our coffee. Our coffee just has flavor.
