Allison Sword is a self-taught fiber artist who fell in love with the creative potential and satisfying sensation of needle felting the second she picked it up. Inspired by a childhood full of catching toads in her back yard and hunting mushrooms with her dad, Allison creates pieces that imagine what whimsical lives the small, sometimes overlooked creatures of the forest might lead when we’re not around.
