Dukes Designs & Creations offers handmade ribbon-trim tutus, layered tulle skirts, and coordinated boutique outfits for infants, toddlers, big kids, and women. Each tutu is carefully constructed by hand using layers of tulle, comfortable elastic, and thoughtfully selected ribbon finishes. From colorful everyday styles to birthday, school, holiday, and special-occasion collections, every piece is created to help children feel confident, joyful, and one of a kind.
The One of a Kind booth will feature ready-to-wear tutus and boutique outfits in a variety of colors, sizes, and styles. Shoppers will find playful statement pieces, festive holiday looks, coordinated tops, and select mommy-and-me options designed for celebrations, photographs, gifts, and memorable everyday moments.
I am Qiana Dukes, the Chicago-area designer and maker behind Dukes Designs & Creations. I am also an educator, wife, mother, and creative entrepreneur who enjoys bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design and handmade details. My work reflects my love of color, children’s fashion, creativity, and pieces that allow each child’s personality to shine.
I personally handcraft each tutu with careful attention to fullness, color combinations, ribbon placement, sizing, and finishing details. Every piece is made with care, whether it is intended for a birthday, holiday, school milestone, performance, family celebration, or simply a moment that deserves something special.
