Fiber Art, Woman-Owned

Sustainable fiber art, lampshades & runners
Weaving is the perfect medium for someone who sees their world through patterns. Everywhere I look — nature, architecture, and even menswear — becomes a source of inspiration for my woven designs. Weaving speaks to my soul, allowing me to interpret the world as I experience it.
My collages begin with societal issues that resonate deeply with me. By cutting into the fabric, I disrupt its natural order, creating new intersections of design and meaning — an exhilarating yet nerve-wracking process. Sustainability is also woven into my practice; I use eco-friendly yarns, upcycle my handwoven samples, and repurpose remnant warp yarns for accent details and my handmade paper.
