ARRA was founded in 2020 by creative director Christine Arra. Christine is an experienced Knitwear Designer based in NYC with more than 25 years in the industry. After graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology with a BFA specializing in Fashion Design, she worked for Ralph Lauren, DKNY and other designers. Based on these experiences and love for the development and intricate design details in creating fully fashioned sweaters and knit fabrics, she wanted to design a line that was driven by quality and timelessness, with a commitment to making sustainable garments with subtle, unexpected design details.

ARRA’s inspiration comes from the simple beauties of nature and architecture, our collection exemplifies modern, timeless silhouettes crafted from luxurious, eco-friendly developed textiles. Each garment is designed with our deep respect for art and design, and and can be effortlessly worn from casual to dressy to meet today’s lifestyle.

At ARRA, we hold ourselves and our partners to the highest standards of ethical and sustainable business practices. We develop our textiles from organic or certified sustainable materials, paying detailed attention to yarn sizes, spinning, knitting and hand feel.
