I loved making the Pumpkin Harvest series and here is the second one. Behold the bright hand painted silk orange ribbons and the intense textures created using Alex’s handspun yarn. It is also yummy soft. Have a look at the Loom shot and the yarn.

Have fun this Holiday Season in this very colorful Flirt + Ribbon scarf. Love my Flirts, as you know, wink. They make a statement, and, as expected, compliments galore. The two yarns woven are hand dyed rayon eyelash and ribbon snippets. Note the kaliescope hand painted silk ribbons, they finish the piece off nicely. Enjoy! Bright yellow is the most cheerful color and when fuzzy white yarn is added- Shazam! The lockspun yarn is gorgeous and full of texture. The hand painted silk satin ribbons are in lemon/white. Handspun wool, lurex, rayon, nylon and baby alpaca, 7.0″ wide by 78.0″ long

Let’s have fun with hand painted silk ribbons as fringe. I took ribbon snippets and knotted them creating a long rope and then looped them into the piece. The scarf is also nice and long.
