Woven beaded jewelry that combines contemporary color moods with the ancient art of lampworking. Most of my weaving is bead crochet. Yards of strung beads are crocheted with a crochet hook one bead at a time creating sinuous lariat ropes. I use Japanese, European and semi precious stones in my crochet. My lampwork beads are made by melting Italian glass rods with a torch. They are embellished with various materials. My lampwork beads paired with my bead weaving evolves into wearable art.

I have a BFA in graphic design from the University of Iowa. Ive been an award winning exhibitor in art fairs across the Midwest and Florida for over twenty years.
