Kate is the jeweler behind the bench and founder of the eponymous brand Kate Taylor Design. She uses traditional jewelry making techniques to create a line of ​“organic-geometric” pieces inspired by the common threads between ancient and modern design. Everything is made by hand, including original models carved in wax and lapidary (stone cutting & polishing) done in house in her Brooklyn studio. She takes particular care to make sure each piece feels amazing on the body, so the wearer will reach for it for years to come.
