The hallmark of my fine jewelry collection is its distinctive Cashmere Finish™. It lends a soft glow to my sculptural designs and serves as the perfect compliment to luscious gemstones and minerals, usually colorful tourmalines, unique quartzes, and delicately colored beryls (aquamarine, morganite, emerald). Attention to detail and a dedication to beauty are the driving forces behind my jewelry. Each piece is hand fabricated in my studio in upstate New York and my designs celebrate fleeting things—waves, breezes, plants, moments in time. And I delight in making my designs feel as soft and comfortable on the body as your favorite cashmere sweater. I studied jewelry design at F.I.T. (AAS, Summa Cum Laude, 2013) with Harry Winston's senior head designer, Maurice Galli: it he who inspired me to use colorful gemstones in my jewelry. Prior to earning my design degree, I studied goldsmithing and wax caving at 92Y, School of Visual Arts, and Jewelry Arts Institute. I’ve continued my jewelry education in both studio jewelry making (at Brooklyn Metal Works) and in gemology (at GIA). I also hold a BA in art history from NYU.
