Our mission started as a simple idea to make a flavor driven hot sauce using farm fresh peppers and sea salts found in our kitchen. Since 2011, our idea has grown to over 500 flavors thanks to our amazing Gindo’s team, all of whom are equally dedicated to the mission of creating handcrafted sauces & spice blends that inspire creativity in the kitchen and support local farms and businesses. We’re committed to manufacturing our own products so we know every bottle has the same level of quality & freshness.
Over the years, top chefs and foodies have used some of our vast flavor profiles to create award winning creations in their home kitchen or restaurant. Unlike traditional hot sauces, ours are meant to be poured over, under, and in food to make any ordinary dish extraordinary.
