I love the way live plants look with beautiful wood, and that's the aesthetic I go for in my work. Whether it's propagation stations, air plant holders, or planters for succulents and cacti, the marriage of plants and wood is the common theme in my work. As a woodworker more than a plant guy, I gravitate toward low-maintenance plants, and in that vein I also make some terrariums. All the wood I use is either reclaimed or sustainably harvested locally. All products are handmade in Chicago.
