Every knife is a two-fold connection. A connection to food and a connection to the past. My focus is on creating exceptional cutlery that taps into the long human history of metalwork. Every aspect of my work is done by me, from the damascus steel to the engraving and woodwork, to the end that your cutlery looks as good in your kitchen as it would behind museum glass.
