Chalk and Leaves

Hello! My name is Johanna and I started Chalk and Leaves at the beginning of 2020 with the intention of finding a creative outlet to share some of the silly ideas floating around in my head. I am also a pediatric occupational therapist, and you will find themes of my day job throughout my pieces. I make all of my artwork by hand, always starting with a sketch and using my iPad/Apple Pencil to bring the work to life with color. In my booth, you will see handmade greeting cards for all occasions (even unexpected ones!), single-line artwork, illustrated state maps, other fun prints, funny stickers, glassware, and more. Some of my favorite things to draw inspiration from include my two perfect golden retrievers, the people I love, my favorite songs, foods, and tv shows, and causes/ideas I am passionate about. I put my heart into each and every piece I design, and I feel so lucky to be able to share that with people!
