A blend of coastal cool and city chic has always defined Brynn Capella handbags, inside and out. I’m a self-taught designer who turned a weekend hobby of sewing fabric bags into a leather goods brand built on color, comfort, and function. My California upbringing taught me the beauty of laid-back style; Chicago taught me the power of pieces that work hard. The result is an easy, everyday elegance our customers reach for again and again.

When women see our handbags, I want them to feel the bright, clean, and positive spirit of the brand and to notice the authenticity behind every stitch. Every bag is crafted locally in Chicago, in small batches with full-grain leathers in a range of rich finishes, so each piece has its own character without feeling fussy. I believe in simplicity of design that still carries everything you actually need. No logos, no trends. Just quiet details like contrast stitching, clean hardware, and zippers that glide, plus functional silhouettes, thoughtful pockets, and leathers that look even better in person.

Sustainability matters here. We design with little to no waste in mind, turning our offcuts into key fobs, bracelets, and other small goods. I also keep the connection personal. I host weekly Facebook Lives, listen closely at events, and feature real women who reflect the diversity of our community.

Women often tell me it feels like striking gold when they find the sweet spot in our bags where beauty meets practicality. That is the heart of what I do. I’m here to redefine luxury as something you live with every day, not save for someday.
