Sheekar Delights has been baking, creating, and delivering freshly baked seasonal baklava for over a decade! Making baklava with my Mom is a fond childhood memory. However, starting a baklava business that, to my surprise was also an idea my parents had years ago is FATE. Over the years we have taken an ancient dessert and brought it to modern times with creating different flavor profiles. Our customers always comment that they haven't had flavored baklava, and that's what makes our business unique. All the recipes are created in-house, and we're humbled by the love, growing number of customers, and retail outlets over the years!
